How we collect testimonials
Our verification & consent process
- Direct outreach. The JAIN Online learner-experience team reaches out to active and graduated learners through email and verified contact details. No third-party panels, no incentivised review aggregators.
- Written consent. Each learner reviews their final paragraph in writing and signs off on the programme, batch year and role information that appears on the site. Names use first-name plus last initial unless the learner has explicitly authorised the full name.
- Right to withdraw. Any learner can ask us to remove their testimonial at any time by emailing grievanceredressal@jain-online.com — we honour these requests within five working days.
- Updates and corrections. Quotes are updated when learners ask us to reflect new outcomes or correct factual details. The page's
dateModifiedtracks the most recent change.
